- 加拿大雇主担保移民介绍
由加拿大雇主单位向劳工部提出申请，担保其雇员获得移民身份的一种移民方式。加拿大雇主担保有两种，一是联邦提名，二是省提名。先说联邦，申请时分为独立申请和雇主担保申请，独立申请就是申请人单纯靠自身条件累计分数，而雇主担保则是自身分数再加上雇主担保的额外15分。再说省提名，加拿大各省根据自身需求而制定标准并且必须由雇主担保申请的移民方式。

服务和律师费
按4次收取移民服务和律师费：第一次收费签订合同时收取$1万2千加币定金；第二次收费在拿到LMIA(劳工市场影响评估)收取$1万加币；第三次收费在获得使馆签发的工作许可批文后收取$1万加币；第四次收费在绩点达到当时线时申请本人和家人永久居留时收取$1万加币，少数偏远农村地区全职工作6个月以上及可转永久居留，雅思最好过4个6分增加绩点。
